Complimentary rolls with Peruvian Aji Sauce.
Now I know what you might be thinking, salsa and bread?!  But trust me when I say this sauce can be used on anything.  It’s the Peruvian equivalent of sriracha sauce.  This sauce is light and creamy and the right amount of spice to keep it interesting.

When I mention avocado smoothie, people usually give me a look of disgust as the thought of sipping guacamole through a straw enters their mind.  Well, that thought can’t be further from the truth.  A properly prepared avocado smoothie is creamy, sweet and a perfect way to cool down on a hot, summer day.
Oddly enough, not many restaurants and tea shops offer avocado smoothies.  It’s probably because the price of avocados is a bit steep and the demand to blend them is quite low.
Luckily, it’s easy to make at home.  All you need are the following ingredients:
1 Ripe Avocado
2 Tablespoons of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Ice
1/2 Cup of Milk or Water
1 Generous Pinch of Sugar (optional)
First, cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.  Then scoop the flesh into the blender.  Then add the condensed milk, sugar, regular milk, and ice.  Blend the ingredients until smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy.
This drink can be made several ways, but this is the way I enjoyed this drink as a child, and so this is how I make it today.
You could replace the condensed milk with honey or agave.  You could replace the milk with yogurt.  And if you’re feeling a bit adventurous, I’ve seen recipes call for apples, basil, lime and even chocolate (not all at the same time, of course).  If you want a little chew with your smoothie, you could add some boba pearls, but make sure you So go out and experiment with different flavors until you find your favorite.  Let me know which one you enjoy.  As for me, I’m sticking with the classic.
